Asset Protection Associate
- Degree in Security, Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Military Science, Criminology, Social sciences or other related field;
- Male/Female, 25–35 years old;
- With knowledge and experience in research, writing, analysis, project management, policy planning and procedures design;
- At least 3 years related work experience in: Occupational Health and Safety, Security Operations, Risk Management, IT & Network Security, Supply Chain Security, Training and Development, Emergency Response, Executive Protection Management;
- Professional Certification and Training is preferred.
Security Investigator
- Degree in Security, Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Military Science, Criminology, Social sciences or other related field;
- At least four (5) years professional experience in similar functions;
- Practical experience in security operations and asset protection within any of the following set‐ups: education, hotel, resort, mall;
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Email;
- Ability to work with people from diverse background and culture;
- Excellent communication and report writing skills;
- Skilled and knowledgeable in various investigative methods and techniques;
- Analytical, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, team player;
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a timely manner and with minimum supervision.
Business Process Risk and Compliance Officer
- Degree in Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Social Sciences or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in any of the following field: Proven Audit, Industrial Engineer, ISO Audit, Policy Development, and Training;
- At least 1 year post qualification working experience in risk management/internal controls/internal auditing (ISO and risk based approach) related functions.
Administrative Assistant
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Office Management;
- Can work with minimum supervision.
Bookkeeper
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
- With related work experience of at least 1 year;
- Has good moral character and is free from any criminal or administrative records.
Encoder
- At least college level;
- Minimum 1 year work experience;
- Can work with minimum supervision.
Field Researcher (NCR and CALABARZON)
- College Degree from a research extensive field;
- Male or Female; 20–35 years old;
- With a passion for research and gathering of information on various fields;
- Has motorcycle;
- Interested to learn new ideas and meet new people of varied culture and background; Proficient in different research methods; internet, public documents, media, direct interviews;
- Very good writing skills, willing to work on field (outside MM) and in long hours;
- Time efficient, multitasks, meticulous to details, result-oriented, flexible.
Company Driver
- Must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate;
- At least three (3) years of working experience;
- With Professional Driver’s License;
- Familiar with NCR ad nearby provinces is an advantage;
- Knowledge in automotive or mechanical troubleshooting
- Committed and willing to do multitasking
